National Association to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (NASCAP) is a foremost international trade coalition committed to Detection, Investigation, Engagement, Education, Prosecution and Litigation to protect Intellectual Property Rights.We fight Duplicators at all places — Field Investigations, Educational Workshops, Cyber-Space,
Board Rooms, Government Office Corridors, Court Rooms, and of course, at the Criminal Trial Dock.
NASCAP international membership spans across Industry, Investigators, Cyber & E-Commerce Experts, Lawyers and Law Firms, Fraud and Piracy Detection Tool Companies, Movie and Music Producers, Senior Government Officials and Policy Makers, Lobbyist & Politicians, Academicians, Law Enforcement Agencies, Prosecutors, Former Judicial Officers and Individual Contributors. NASCAP is a member driven Not for profit organization. Its agenda,
goals and activities are all set by its members.
With this clear charter to protect Intellectual Property Rights, NASCAP aims are based on the principles of TIIA — TRUST, INNOVATION, INTERACTIONS & ACTION. Currently, NASCAP boast of 150 active international volunteers committed to kill duplicates.
