A global movement to protect and promote IPRs
NASCAP is a not-for-profit organization registered in India under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act 2013. It has been set up in 2018 to provide a shared platform for all stakeholders in Government, private sector, industry, and civil society to come together, and create, protect and enforce IPRs. We are India’s foremost Association to take IPR seriously, effectively and impactfully.
The most important part of the Association is to provide a platform for Government Advocacy seeking effective policies, programs and regulations that create an environment to protect and enforce IPRs throughout global jurisdiction.
With these broad goals and aims, we welcome you to be part of thought leadership in the creation, protection and enforcement of IPRs.
With this clear charter to protect intellectual property rights, NASCAP aims are based on the principles of TIIA — Trust, Innovation, Interactions & Action.
The NASCAP network is quite formidable and unparalleled. from Ladakh to Andaman, from the Rann of Kutch to Arunachal Pradesh, NASCAP receives daily receives 40-50 leads across India, and all the leads get distributed among members for necessary action.
